Afghan President Hamid Karzai has sacked two Afghan army commanders for "dereliction of duty" and "concealing the truth" for their role in a US-led coalition airstrike that left nearly 90 civilians dead. Karzai also ordered an investigation into the Afghan and US-led coaltion operation in Herat province on Friday.
